Scheduled Query Report Error

Hi,

I am trying to create a scheduled query report that will be emailed out daily with an excel attachment for the data.

I keep getting this error when the report is supposed to run:

Distributing results

SAP B1 client did not update new scheduyle date and time! Deactivating the schedule to prevent infinite loop.

An error occured while creating report by SAP B1 Client

Any ideas on what I need to fix or update?

Hi Amanda,

The first thing you may want to try is to run the query manually, and see how much time it takes.

The next thing is to check the timing:

• Is another query still running at the that time?
• Is another query started at the same time?

This will be our first scheduled report so when it runs it should be the only query running.

Also when I have tested it I have not been running any other queries.

Just ran the query and it takes just under 3 seconds to run.
