I have a client who has one user that crashes every time she tries to use the * wildcard for a search in the Business Partner Master Data screen. If she enters the full BP code it works fine but if she uses a * it crashes SAP. SAP crashes if you use the * in any of the searchable fields in the screen.
The user can use the * in other screens, i.e. the Item Master Data, but not the BP. She can also drill down into a BP from another document.
She has a Professional license and full authorization for the Business Partners module and they are running 9.2PL01. She has rebooted her local client and all of the users RDP in to the server and logon from there so I don't think it would be a machine issue.
Other users in the office do not have a problem. This issue just started for her yesterday on Monday.
Any thoughts on why this may be happening?
