Auto Partner determination while creating Opportunity in sap crm web ui

Hello Experts,

I would like to auto determine the "Sales Account Manager" while creating Opportunity based on the Customer /Sold-to Classification in SAP CRM Web UI.

Can any body please suggest me whether it is configuration change or any web UI development change?

if any,please guide me the step by step procedure.

Thanks for the link.

I had gone through the above link already.My requirement is to determine the partner based on Sold-to Classification .For example, I have ABC classification for my customers/Sod-to. Auto partner (SAM ) determination should happen only for A class customers.

Hello Kiran,

You need to implement BADI 'COM_PARTNER_BADI' for your requirement.

Only one thing you have to keep in mind if your customizing is automatically determining the 'Sales Account Manage', you need to over ride it OR amend customizing so that 'Sales Account Manage' is not determined automatically.
