Invoice value and debit memo value same in retro active billing.

Dear Experts

I have completed Debit memo process by using retro active process, But in the debit memo entire money value getting updated.

Invoice value is : 3720

Debit memo also 3720

Actually price increased 3 rupees after invoice created ( 12 to 15 Rs )

I want debit memo only for 3 rs correct but I dont know some what I missed.

Please help me to solve this.

Hi,

Please check the "Pricing Type" (try B/C) that you have provided in the selection screen before the retro billing run is made.

Dear Venu K

My issue solved.

Because, In the copy control User deleted the price type C from the item category.

And actually in my business process there is exit written not to change the price in the billing level.so while running the retro billing process,I am getting error.
