Not able to call a BAPI remotely

Dear experts,

I have a standard SAP code in MII that calls a BAPI BAPI_FUNCLOC_GETDETAIL and it turns receives the below error - Functional location xyz could not be read.

We are calling the target ERP using Netweaver's JRA (JCAConnectionfactory) configured in SAP MII.

We ensured credentials supplied have access to execute BAPI - as when we execute them manually in SE37 we see the desired results.

The XML returned from ERP is attached herewith.

What would be your guidance ?

This issue is resolved it was happening due to alternate labelling.

We are finding a way to pass TPLNR number to SAP instead of Functional location's name.
