Failed to connect to OLAP source

Hi Gurus,

I have an issue where Roles assigned to 2 users are the same.

One is able to execute the specific Crystal report whereas when the other person tries to execute the report he gets the error "Failed to Connect to an OLAP Source. Please contact the maintainer of the data source to solve the problem[JRC00004624]."

Kindly let me know what could the reason be for getting such an error and let me know in case more information is needed for getting a resolution for this issue.

Hi Arjun,

It doesnt seems to be related to security issue .seems something is wrong with the connection parameters

What is the version of BI you are on

Please also have a chekc on below notes
