SAP FIORI Apps getting error in Launchpad

Hi Experts ,

I'm trying config my app in the launchpad fiori but appears to me this error

someone can help me please ?

I followed this tutorial one time and worked everything fine but in this app appears this error.

Hi Experts, I solved the problem, I don't know exactly where he was. Actually I restart again the all steps and i put the names more small and application works. Thanks very much for your time Best Regards

Hello Cristina,

It seems to be Server Issue. Did you check your backend system?

Also try to run the service in your gateway system using Tcode : /n/IWFND/GW_CLIENT

My project works well off the launchpad.
I checked the gateway and everything is fine.

But when I try to open the application that put the launchapad this doesn't work properly giving the above error and log_error give the following error:

Hi Cristina,

Can you check two things -

1. Can you please translate the error in English.

2. Can you check the Launchpad Customizing in transaction LPD_CUST. Most probably error would be in it.
