Dear Experts,
We are using SAP B1 9.0 PL 15 and MS SQL 2012.
We are wondering if it is possible to trigger SAP's alerts when a document is posted.
Do you any advice?
Kind Regards,
Vasilis Korolis

Hi,
It is not possible to trigger alert immediately after adding invoice. Atleast system needs 3 to 5 min to trigger saved alert.
Thanks

Hi Vassilis,
Check B1iF - definitely can work real-time.

If you are not talking about realtime alert and allow a few minutes delay, then the answer is yes.
You can either directly query the table and find the newly created documents.
Or use a customized table to hold those newly created document reference, using SP_TN to add records into customized table. This method should have better performance since it always deals with much smaller data set.
