SAP PI channel scheduling using Tivoli(TWS) batch jobs

Need some info regarding SAP PI and TWS integration for controlling SAP PI channels using Tivoli Batch jobs.

What steps to be performed in SAP PI and Tivoli for this integration?

Have you checked this blog ? You can start and stop a Communication Channel Externally. What this means is Tivoli could trigger the start and stop channel requests to PI as described in these blogs,

Hi Bhavesh,

Thanks for your suggestions. I went through both the links and tried following the steps mentioned in first blog. I was able to control the channel by a hitting an URL directly through a web browser:

http(s)://<host>:<port>/AdapterFramework/ChannelAdminServlet?party=party&service=service&channel=channel&action=action

But do you have any idea on how to use this URL in Tivoli(TWS) for scheduling a Job?

Unfortunately am not Tivoli expert but I am certain that a scheduling tool of this nature should be able to trigger a HTTP event to a external system. Best to check with a Tivoli expert.
