C4C to BW extraction (ODP)

Hi all, quick question on C4C to BW integration scenario ( BW is the reporting system). When creating the communication arrangement for Analytics Integration, only an Inbound communication service is created. Is this all I need to extract C4C data from BW or am I missing some configuration? Other scenarios have both inbound and outbound (BP replication) Regards

Hello,

This is all you need.

In other scenarios (like customers) you have two communication arrangement, one inbound and the other one outbound because both systems will be able to change the data.

In the C4C to BW analytics integration, BW will call a C4C Webservice to extract data.

In that way the communication arrangement is only inbound.

BW will not change data in C4C.
