How to control authorization (To add , remove tiles in Lauch Pad ) SAP FIORI :

Dear Consultants ,

Please help me with understanding how to control authorization (To Add , Remove Tiles ) in SAP FIORI Launch Pad .

I have given below authorization to FIORI users :

1	ZSAP_MM_BCR_BUYER_X1	Buyer (MM) - Apps
2	ZSAP_MM_TCR_T_X1	SAP Role for MM - Transactional Apps
3	ZSAP_UI2_USER_700	User Role for basic UI2 700 web services
4	ZTRUSTED	Role for Trusted Connection

And I can see below screen in FIORI Launch Pad :

I don't want to give above authorization to end users to add or remove tiles from FIORI Launchpad !

Please help me with this.
