Hi Experts,
In ITSM, Knowledge Article search criteria ( keywords, descriptions etc,. ) doesn't returning any results in Production System. where as it works perfectly in development system. Is there any configuration related search needs to be done in Production?. How to transport the component CRM_KNOWART_S from Dev to PRD completely.

Hi Ahmed,
Can you please confirm that you have same authorization in production that you have in development system?
Also let me know if you are using Z transaction type for Knowledge Article.
