i have a webi report with 4 sub reports for the regions, so i want to schedule the report to send the sub 4 reports for 4 users and each user receive the only report for his region, i tried to make it through publication but i see that i need 4 publication for each sub report, so is there any other way to make it in the same publication ?
you can certainly use publication to achieve your requirement but need to use PERSONALIZATION option in publication to filter out required region for the required users.
you need to maintain common field Region in SOURCE DOCUMENT and DYNAMIC RECIPIENT DOCUMENT .
