Hi Experts,

Can anybody tell me how to assign multiple personnel numbers to one operation in a maintenance order?

I believe only one personnel number can be assigned to one operation in a maintenance order.

Hi,

Have you explored split functionality in the work order operation ?

This tab will appear once you have given the work and duration in the operation. Then double click the operation, this tab will appear in the General tab.

Hi SAP PM Consultant,

Select an Operation with Control Key PM01 and try what Terence has suggested.

You might not see the "Requirements Assignment Tab", if you have chosen an Operation with a Control Key that doesn't have a "Determine Capacity Requirements" check box active, like the one below.

Hi Veera,

We have been facing the issue of not having a reqmnts profile tab for a few days. The cap.reqmnt req is checked in the control key configuration. However the reqmnts profile tab doesnt come up.

Are you aware of any other problems which might be leading to this issue.

Hi Ravish,

Please check the Work Center Capacity Category. It must be 002 - Labour.

If it is, for example, 001 - Machines, Logically, you will not need to give any Employee names.

Please also check the control key in the Work Center which you are using.

You were mentioning that you are facing this issue for the last few days.

Please let me know if this is the same across all Order Types and Work Centers.

Best Regards

Hi Ravish,

I get a feeling that the issue is with Work Center Settings.

Is this a new work center that you are using or did you make any changes in the work center settings lately?

Please note that you can set Capacity Categories in Work Center under Capacities Tab and Scheduling Tab also. Please check both of them.

It is best to compare settings with a work center that is known to produce the Req, Profle Tab.

Please let me know if this helps..

Hi Ravish,

Please check the Other Formulas Field under Capacities Tab of Work Center.

It must be maintained as SAP008.

I have simulated the same issue by removing the Formula.

Hi Veera

Please find the screenshots

Also I noticed that the same settings on a client system gives me the tab, however doesnt in the inhouse system(the tab used to be there earlier).

Hi

1) Once you assign Work & Duration

2) Work center capacity category is 002

IF these two settings are available along with other mentioned by Ravish in above message, " capacity requirements tab" should be active. Here you can assign multiple person numbers for that particular operation.
