Delete KNVK entries

Hello Experts,

We are trying to delete existing data from KNVK and we cannot find a suitable t-code or program/FM on how to delete these entries.We would like to request for your help on how to do this.

Hi Manuel,

Please have a look at FM's CUSTOMER_UPDATE and SD_CUSTOMER_MAINTAIN_ALL. They have a parameter with name KZ where you can pass 'D' to have the knvk data deleted.

You can only set a deletion indicator and later you can archive the customer.

Use the transaction DB15 to find a suitable archiving object for KNVK table.
