No, it is not possible to add in standard B1.

Yes, you can via DTW (which is DI-API)

Have you tested this method with tables that you cannot add fields to in the B1 client, like the House Bank Accounts table mentioned in the question?

If you got this to work with the DTW, how do you access the new UDF?
