/125 in the view V_T54C3

Dear All,

We are facing issue related to /411.

Bellow is the message from SAP India:

"The problem is that even though /125 is present in the system, the

cumulation type for this wage type hasn't been configured in the

view V_T54C3.  During calculation of /411, the payroll cluster is

checked for the amount in /125 only if the Cumulation Type 'Y' is

defined for /125 in the view V_T54C3."

Please suggest should we maintain /125 CT Y IN TABLE V_T54C3.

Please note wage type of irregular wage type are already maintain hear and they have CN class 25. Still /411 is not created in RT.

Hi,

1) Cumulation class 25 in v_t512w_d is for cumulating irregular income wage types into /125. This is required to calculate the /125 for a month.

2) Cumulation type in v_t54c3 is for cumulating /125 from month value to /125 of Yearly WT in CRT table (for finding YTD value).

Concept 1 & 2 are different.

As it is suggested by SAP, you can follow their advice.

If you are still having doubt, please create a test case in Dev/QA and test it before doing this change in PRD.

Thanks for your reply.

1. In production CRT table /124 is bring yearly values, inspite of /125 not maintained in V_T54C3.

2. Only after Patch upgrade in development. And that to in only March 2016 /411 is not updating properly.

Please note: As per SAP suggestion, I have maintaine /125 in V_T54C3 then also issue is not solved.

Hi,

You can check the Processing class 30 of WT /125 (may be having specification 2 - cumulation update -> Amt of the WT to be cumulated in the current year).

And check the PCR line "ADDCU P30" is processing this wage type.

If possible to compare the PCL configuration of this wage type before & after patch update and ensure anything got changed there.

/411 is calculated by function INTAX by reading the IT table wage types. So, please ensure before calling INTAX function, the correct input wage types /124, /125 etc  are correctly appearing.

Another way is to check the ININI function output - table F16 is correctly formed. This table should have the previous month's tax related wage types.

Day Start of Fisc.year (1) & Mth start of Fisc.year (4) - Is it the setting required in the table v_t54c0 (or anything else is required)?
