CRCacheServer error

Hi Gurus,

After server restart we got the below issue.

Below is the snapshot of the CrystalReportsCacheServer error message.

BO: 4.1 SP5

OS: WIn 2008 R2 Standard

Kindly let us know the possible reason for this issue...

Are you seeing any errors when you try to view a Crystal report (either View on Demand or viewing an instance)?  If so, what is the error that is appearing there?

Hi Dell,

Thank you for replying...

I am attaching the snapshot of the error when trying to view Crystal report.

i tried stopping the server and start the server,  it was showing error " Stopping with errors"

then i force terminated it and started again,  it worked fine.

Under Servers in the CMC, is the CrystalReportsCacheServer running and enabled?  If so, what are the settings in its properties?
