Message Archiving JOB failed in PI 7.4 Java stack

Hi Experts,

When we are running the archiving job in our SAP PI 7.4 java stack for message archiving, the Archive job is  reporting Error

as below,

Executing Archive Job QAS_Archive failed. Reason: java.net.SocketException: errno: 32 (Broken pipe), error: Write failed

(local port 14403 to address ::ffff:hostname, remote unknown port to unknown host)

Kindly help on the above issue to resolve it.

Hi Ganesh,

Where is your Archive repository/file system exists? Messages are getting archived at what location? local or shared?

Check if destination RFC (XMLDAS) is working fine.
