Change Supplier - Business Activity .

Hello,

For some reason I don't know when I try to change my supplier I get the following error ,

  I have created a change request for change and assign the business activity ( SUP2 ) but still get the error , what I am missing  ?

Also I dont see the changing button in the following menu , maybe is because is for the same reason.

Hi Jose,

It is due to missing Business activity in the Change Request Type of Process Supplier.

Please check Process Modelling -> Create Change Request Type and maintain the Business activity as below

Well , I am still trying to figure out whats going on  , I have used business activity VPL2 instead of SUP2 and it works. However I woul like to know why , I have check the deifinition of both BA and they are the same...

Hi Jose,

Reason could be that you don't have authorizations to that change request type or the change request type is not setup properly. Please check the authorizations and if that is not the issue please post some screenshots of the CR type created.
