Hi All Currently our client is following manual payment through F-58  ..my client  has business only in India they don't have any company in globe Now they want to implement APP programme but  what we are suggesting is to fix with manual payment only Is that  suggestion is right ? Or we can go with APp On what situation APP can be used. Any one guide us please

APP is always better for the following reasons

1. Reduces manual work

2. Reduce scope for errors

3. Payments are automatically made as per due dates (Helps Save reputation)

4. Payments can be made early to avail any discounts (Improves Cash Flow)

5. Selection of invoices to be paid is automatic

6. Checks can be printed at the end of payment run
