Hi All,

After the recent upgrade with internet explorer, SSO stopped working and it has started asking for the user credentials. Earlier it never use to ask for the login credentials. This is happening for all the systems (ERP, BI, HR).

When we check the same in Mozilla/Chrome browser, the SSO link is working fine without any login screen.

Could you please check and let us know what could be the reason and how can we fix this?

Note: The update version of IE is 11.0.29 and it was working properly with the earlier IE 11.0.26 version.

Regards,

Sooraj Gupta

Hello Sooraj,

Can you please check if IE includes sap details in " Trusted Sites " or if there is any certificate issue.

Above can be done by comparing the settings of Mozilla/Chrome with IE.

Hope  it helps!

Regards,

Deepa.

Thanks Deepa,

This was fixed after adding the links to "Trusted Sites" in IE.

Hello,

could you please give us more details about what component you use?
Do you use the SAPSSO webclient, WebGUI with SPNEGO or NWBC?

What is your authentication method?

If you use SPNEGO, has the internet explorer update changed your trusted sides or local intranet configuration?

best regards
