How to add GL code values into KE30 report

Hello all,

One of subcontracting GL code related values are excluding from our KE30 sales report. Can you please any one advice how to add those values into KE30? Is it possible to change the condition in KE30 form?

Hi,

There two types in COPA,

• Costing Based COPA
• Account Based COPA

By using Costing based COPA we can get the Profitability results by way of value fields.

If you want to see GL in the COPA report, you need to activate Account Based COPA.

Hi Pavan,

Thanks for the response. For the further investigation i found, since I had replaced this subcontracting 4xxxxx GL with another 5xxxxx GL code we are start facing this issue. My requirement is how to fix these excluded GL values from KE30. I have checked the value field VVMRV is not linked with these GL codes. I can also see with another 5yyyyy cost element which is linked with this field. I am not sure this cost element should need to link with 4xxxxx GL code. Can you please advice?
