Hi Christian,

the notes are stored as binaries in table STXH (Header-Data) and STXL (Line-Data). Have a look to this tables with text object 'CPGL_TEXT'.

You can use function module READ_TEXT in SE37 to have a quick look to the data

ID: LTXT

NAME: GUID of STXH entry

OBJECT: CGPL_TEXT

Hi Peter,

It is not TDNAME, right?

Hi Christian,

Yes it is TDNAME. With TDOBJECT = CGPL_TEXT.

TDNAME guid corresponds to object guid of PPM. Use the report DPR_GUID_ANALYZE to check the guid stored in STXH-TDNAME against the DPR* namespace. For example you can find the guid in CGPL_ENTITY (with the object it belongs to => DPO, TTO, etc..)

Hi Peter,

by the way are the texts for the task description (Also 'Basic Data' tab, NOT Task Name) also in these tables?

Best regards

Hi Christian,

yes also the description is stored in STXH and STXL. The short description aka object name is stored in CGPL_TEXT table.
