NWBC stops working intermittently
We recently upgraded to support pack 731-16 in our PDV and PQA systems. We have an issue with the fact that the NWBC v5.0 PL12 crashes intermittently on a particular PC when accessing PDV or PQA. Whereas it is working fine for production system which is not upgraded.
The following software are loaded on the PC:
- OS: Windows 7 Professional SP1
- NWBC v5 PL12
- SAP GUI 22.214.171.124.1130 PL3
- Java v8u77
- Internet Explorer v11
The below steps are followed:
1. Launch the NWBC v5.0 PL12 from the start menu shortcut.
2. Double click on the item pointing to PDV.
3. Select Portfolio Management - Portfolio Details.
4. NWBC crashes - as shown in the screen shot.
