Hi Gurus
Our Utilities client had implemented SAP Open Text Archiving solution 3 years ago and we have been doing SAP data archiving without any issues. However now we have a requirement to purge the data from Open Text archive server itself, the very old data that was actually archived 2 years before. The buffer purging job is in place and running, which free up space on Buffer drive of archive server. We have another drive where in data is storing on permanent basis, which is increasing disk size, in order to run the next archiving we have to reduce this permanent storage size, we want to purge it from permanent storage pool. Could you please provide the best way to purge or delete old archived data from OpenText archive server itself and which can give good room of space on its disk drive.
Appreciate your quick responses. Let me know if you need more details.
Thanks
Abdul
