PI Issue : File to Proxy scenario

Hi Experts,

While run the Interface file picked from SFTP and data sent to ECC side.

We got issue in ECC side i.e, In message monitoring all the message are in schedule state, when I restart also it doesn't work.

I have checked in queue(SMQ2), In SMQ2 message are in strucked .

I have try ed many options in SMQ2,it doesn't workout. 

       

Actually the file size is in SFTP is 3MB,20MB like that,is this the reason or can any body help me on issue ?

Hi,

You would also want to check if there is some reason why the queue is stuck.  If you navigate by double clicking on one of the rows and see some red text indicating an error then that will give you some clue of what to do next.

Messages are stuck in queue.

Might be data size issue or as suggested by Diego might be code is inactive.

try running with small data and check if its updated in ECC.

Is queues registered in ECC?? if not register in SXMB_ADM -> Manage Queues

Hi !

Check if your interface proxy is active.

Also check that the submitted data is updated in the proxy structure.
