  What could be all reason , if a SMD Agent get down OR automatically shutdown .?

Hi,

There's a wiki explaining some of the known cases for the agent to be shutdown.

Please have a look, each case describes which file you should check and what error you will find, with a solution for each.

Did you check SMD agents developer trace files on work directory?

Check OS error logs also.

Hi Yuksel ,

   We can find Dev_trace and OS error logs . But in general , what all possibility are there , when a agent went down . if you list down point by point , it would be great.

The possible reason which am aware are :

  Network failure , memory consumption
