Copying not possible because the entry is missing in Table TVCPL: ZCR

Hi all,

User is trying to raise the credit memo document with respect to credit memo request document. User is getting the error Copying not possible because the entry is missing in Table TVCPL:ZCR(Credit Memo Request)

I have checked the copy control VTFA setting ZCR TO ZG2 ,Item Category

Also checked the sales document header VOV8 screen on the Billling tab

Is there any other setting which is raising this issue. Please requesting to give the valuable inputs at the earliest.

Did you try to create the document by yourself to see the message?

TVCPL is for order to delivery copy controls.

Can it be that the user clicked on sales document->deliver instead of sales document->billing?
