How to set Password against a user using Script in CLM

Hi,

I am able to create a User using script coding and put in all the necessary details, but issue that i am facing is that i cant find any suitable method to set a Password for the user being created using API. I wanted to know if this is possible . If this is possible please share the details regarding the same.  Any alternative solution regarding this issue would also be very helpful.

The application itself never sets a password hence there is no API for that. However if you are using the Netweaver UME for the user store you can aet a user password with a user import.  So your user creation process would be to create the user, then import the same users password into the Netweaver UME or other user store if it supports setting passwords.
