Problem with materials replication via CRM Middleware

Hi,

We are trying to replicate materials from ECC 6 to SRM 703 via CRM Middleware. Made all the settings in ERP and SRM. In R3AM1

Hierarchies, material groups, material types, materials and services download succesfully(all green).

When we checed them in SRM system there only hierarchies, material groups, material types, but no any materials or services in COMMPR01.

Already checked filters in R3AC1.

Does anyone can help to understand, what could be the problem?

Thanks Moacir and Ivy for your help. We check this notes, but replication still dont work.

We use CRM as name for SRM system.

In Tables

CRMCONSUM:

CONSUMER = CRM

AKTIV = X

TEXT = CRM

Q_PREFIX = R3A

CRMSUBTAB:

CONSUMER = CRM, OBJCLASS = MATERIAL

CONSUMER = CRM, OBJCLASS = CUSTOMIZING

CONSUMER = CRM, OBJCLASS = SERVICE_MASTER

CRMRFCPAR:

four entries

CONSUMER = CRM in each.

Object name = *,*, MATERIAL, SERVICE_MASTER

Download type= initial download,Request, delta download,delta download

CRMPAROLTP

Parameter = CRM_FILTERING_ACTIVE

Parameter name 2     = MATERIAL, SERVICE_MASTER

User = CRM

Parameter value = X

After we execute report BBP_PRODUCT_SETTINGS_MW in R3AC1 no entry for SERVICE MASTER, and there is not posible to add entry.

Do we need implement something else?

Hi,

1, in SRM system, go to trx SMOEAC to check if the source system is set with name 'CRM' and if RFC destination is set as local SRM system in site attributes.

2, in SRM, go to trx R3AC3 and R3AC1 to check if consumer is set as 'CRM' for all the objects you want to replicate.

3, Please check logs using trx smw01 in SRM to see if there is any specific error so that we can help to identify where the configuration is wrong.

Hi, Ivy, sorry for late reply- we try solwe problem ourselves, but replication still dont work.

1)In SRM system,  SMOEAC system name 'CRM' syte atributes SRM local system.

2) In R3AC3 and R3AC1 everywhere consumer is set as 'CRM'

3) In trx smw01 indicator green, in r3am1 also green but number of ques is 0 like we miss something.

After we remove filter in r3am1 we have error in smw01

area COM_PRODUCT_SETTINGS

Error message

The form of saving product ID doesnt determined in customizing.

Hi,

I think the error is "Storage form of product id not yet defined in customizing".
Please check SAP note 656720 to adjust the customzing.

Hi,

both notes mentioned by Moacir are necessary to be checked for all the material replication issues.

Meanwhile I would recommend you check the error logs using trx smw01 to see if there is error reported while doing initial download for materials and services.

Please also check if there is any stuck entry for material replication in SMQ1 (ECC) and SMQ2(SRM).

Can you please check these two SAP notes?

- 720819: Middleware consumer entry for SRM in OLTP system

- 1553940: First checks to Material and Product Category transfer errors

After this please let me know the tables CRMCONSUM, CRMRFCPAR, CRMSUBTAB and CRMPAROLTP what are these entries.
