Create request simplified - link

Hi expert,

I've a strange issue on GRC 10.1 SP12.

I'm able to see "Create request simplified" link , but when I click on it a new page is opened, but it's empty (see attach).

Please help

I've had the same problem and had reported it to SAP - sorry, I didn't see your post earlier. They have confirmed that this is a bug and SAP will release a note - I will update this post when I get it. There is a workaround - the issue is that the form is expecting a custom field to exist, so the workaround is to create a custom field (and suppress it through configuration if it is not required), instruction link below.

No worries. SAP have come back to me and said a note to fix this will be released in

SP14, so keep an eye out for it.

I've been given note number 2312466 - Simplified Request Screen is not getting opened, however it doesn't appear to have been released yet.

I am facing same issue and also service GRC_ACCESSREQUEST_APPROVE_SRV did not exist.

I am facing same problem and we are on GRC 10.1 SP12. There is no such service GRC_ACCESSREQUEST_APPROVE_SRV available to activate.

In my system doesn't exists GRC_ACCESSREQUEST_APPROVE_SRV

Are available only and both are active:

GRC_ACCESSREQUEST_CREATE

GRC_ACCESSREQUEST_TRACK

Is' it the righ one?
