Hi Arif.
There is a Billing scheme configured per each rate category/Service. Client required pricing changes to the Standard function modules should be done after copying the standard function module. These custom function modules will be mentioned in the billing schema as per my knowledge on billing in ISU.
Please speak to the functional consultant to get the right billing schema for the rate category and check the associated custom developments.
