Agentry - Windows module listing not bypassed with one module

I have an app that uses Windows and iPad platforms.  Even though my app only has one module the module listing window gets displayed immediately after login when I'm using the Windows platform.  This window gets bypassed when using the iPad platform.  Does anyone know why Windows doesn't have the same behavior?

This is the current behavior of the WPF client, and there not a way to currently to skip this screen.
