Values converting to text when exporting to excel

Good morning

We recently have noticed that our numeric values are converting to text when exporting results to excel.  We are using excel 2013.

Any help is appreciated.

Sorry, could not understand the problem . Are you exporting from BO or BEx analyzer ?

What do you mean by Numeric field?  Key figures/Measures   or field with NUMC type ?

we are exporting key figures from BEx analyzer.

I did  FILE--->Save As-----> .xls format .. It is still showing right format.

How are you doing it ? I want to replicate the same in my system.
