Assign Basement floor as Parking place in REFX

Dear All

Need help in configuration to assign basement floor as parking area in REFX

Architectural structure is as follows

1) Locality  - LO01

2) Buildings - BU01 - Tow floors and a basement

3) Buildings - BU02 - Seven floors and a basement

I have to assign this basement of both the building for two separate parking areas. How I have to configure. I have created Architectural view of locality and 2 building with basement and respective floors

Please guide me regarding  the configuration step to be followed

Hi Tushar,

In this situation I will suggest you to create basement/parking area as a separate rental object (pooled space).

Create separate AO for basement of both the building and then do the assignment of pooled space to AO.
