Unable to update HRP1007 through Program

Hi All,

When we are performing Deactivate Employee action through PA40 the relation between position and employee numbers is getting deleted from HRP1001 and Vacancy record is getting created in HRP1007.

But when we are performing the same action through HR_MAINTAIN_MASTERDATA the relation is not getting cleared the Vacancy info type record is not getting created.

If anyone faced the similar kind of issue please share the solution.

Hi Sreelatha,

Try using the FM - 'RH_RELATION_MAINTAIN' for maintaining/delimiting/deactivating relationships.

Hi Subrahmanyam,

Thanks for your response. But here our issue is we need to peform leaver action for the employee which will automatically deletes the relation ship and create vacancy infotype(HRP1007).

It was working before but suddenly it stopped working.

So if you have any other solution please let me know.
