FIORI MyInbox 400 Session timed out - Whwn you launch ITS based apps

Hi All,

I am getting the below error when I launch a work Item from FIORI MyInbox work item and TASKPROCESSING service connected to ECC and other back end systems.

sicf_sessions are already  enable to my Gatway syrem and ECC.

icf_time out parameter also set 10 minutes.

What was the test result when the ITS is directly opened from browser without launchpad?

Hi Masa,

This issue get resolved. When we  launch the work items the url's are generating based on the rules which are maintained from HTTPLOCURL table.

One of the rule is this table  /sap/bc/gui/ is pointed to wrong port  ,  I had to modify it to correct port to this get working.

I am closing this thread.

Dear Friends,

I am getting same error 400 - Session Timeout . We have given 1hour in the session time out field of the service via tcode SICF but still getting this error showing blank screen instead of actual dashboard in the Fiori.
