Cannot install Crystal Reports 2011 SP12 on Win7 pro 64bit

Hi all, I'm trying to install CR2011 SP12 on win7 64bit. But the installing just stopped at certain point...

I cannot sure which pkg is a problem, cause everytime I was installing, stopping point was changing.

Yet this runs nicely on win7 32bit. Anyone has solution in my problem?

HI Philip,

If you are installing the setup of CR on the machine for the first time below are the points you must check :

• Download the correct software from Service Market Place >> Download Software >> Installation and Upgrade.
• Make the changes on the windows machine using KBA 1952120 Best practice or use the link :
• Extract the setup and use Run as Administrator to run the Setup.
