Hi Experts,
When I run BOP in batch mode I am able to get update for most of the sales orders. For few orders I am getting the status as sent. I am able to see the status in BOP_RESULT update status.
When I see the credit block in Schedule line type/Event_Type is having 2 entries. But still the orders are not getting updated in ECC side.
I am running BOP in update mode only.

Sometimes I am getting Run time errors after BOP in ECC.
But not able to get why the errors are getting created.
Please suggest why the orders are not able to get update in ECC.

Hello Bala,
Apparently, there seems to be some user exits / custom development that seem to invoke Pop-up messages when the CIF queues from BOP update process is trying to update the Sales orders in ECC. You need to stop the queue and debug the queue using a dialog user and you should be able to see the pop-up responsible for this and the corresponding development.

Try by executing report /SAPAPO/BOP_CHECK_STATUS
Also check SAP note 1610358 - Runtime error DYNPRO_SEND_IN_BACKGROUND EDQA with event BOP
