I am in a process of uploading opening balances.
Step 1. Upload Inventory stock
Step 2. Upload A/P Invoice
Step 3. Upload A/R Invoice
Step 4. Upload G/l Account Balances.
Step 5. Open PO and SO.
1. Can I upload Open PO and SO after Inventory stock.
1. I need to know, Is it possible to start entry after uploading Inventory stock and Open PO and SO.
Please help me with your suggestions.

Yes you could do that, however, make sure that the users dont post any transactions apart from open sales orders and purchase orders. Its better to give no authorizations on series to users at this time.
Also, make sure that before you start the import of OB AP invoices, ask the users so that they can stop their work (if open SO and PO are done manually), take a back up of the database, upload AP invoices, get those validated, take a back up and continue with the open Purchase and Sales orders if you have any.
This would ensure that you dont loose any data which was entered manually.
