Hello people
There is something weird happening when I release a purchase requisition using MyInbox app. I am getting a message saying "task successfully released" BUT when I check in the backend system the purchase requisition is a not-released status. Also the item doesn't disappear from MyInbox items

Have you configured decision buttons?
Have you implemented a BADI for updating a decision in the backend?
I guess you have not implemented the BADI /IWWRK/BADI_WF_BEFORE_UPD_IB.
FYI. There is "Approve Requisitions" app for Purchase Order.

I have added action buttons and implemented the BADI and now everything seems to be working fine on the app side. I have another issue where a purchase requisition release doesn't happen for whatever reason but the app still displays a success message and the item dissappear. Do i have to code for error scenarios and do i need to do coding for all items that are included in the MyInbox app like Service Entry release, Leave approvals etc?
