Sales Assistant related Activity deletion in C4C and CRM Opportunity
We have a C4C-CRM Integrated scenario and plan to activate the Sales Assistant functionality for Opportunities in both C4C and CRM systems.
My understanding is that for all Appointments/Tasks created in this case, there is bi-directional replication between C4C and CRM.
I have noticed that there is an option in C4C to delete the Appointments/Tasks directly from the results list. If an Appointment/Task that is created in C4C and has replicated to CRM is deleted in C4C, then what will happen to this Appointment/Task in CRM ?
Will the Sales Assistant tab for an Opportunity in C4C and CRM show different list of Appointments/Tasks ?
Will this not cause data inconsistency issues ? Kindly advise.
