User name in ITSM search result

Hi all,

When we are searching some Incident in the results its showing name /address under Message processor or Reported by column.

  Is there any customization to change this behavior  to show only the user name under this column.

Hi Anton,

Depends on the Display Variant under Partner Determination Procedure -- User Interface Settings.

You can check this at Table COMC_PARTNER_UIS field 'HEADER_SCREEN'. You can check with your ABAP person for adding more entries and related programs.

Thank you for your answer, checking this option, i change display variant on second one Adress/

number type. But it's not taken effect, result in search table are still displaing in format BP Name/Adress.
