Hi,
We are using BW 7.1 and our source system is Oracle. Our process chain's status is remaining yellow even when source system is down. We want to get chain status red automatically if there is a problem with source system.
Which parameters should we look for? Is there a script for that or any transaction?

Hi Cihangir,
You can check Time Out Time /Color Of traffic Light in Empty Request in Scheduler option for Infopackage of Corresponding Chain

Hi Ashu,
Thanks for your help.
Now I changed InfoPackage Status to Red from Yellow like below picture. I also changed timeout from 7 hours to 1 hours. We will see the effects next days.
I have a question about that. Will this change work well, if connection is down?
Because if there is no data, process chain is turning green former days, it update zero data, this was good news for us.
Our Problem was if source system fails, it is continuing to keep status yellow for long hours.
Thanks,

Hi,
As far as I know you can enter Decision step in the process chain by creating a formula on database system.
