Activity Types and Price Planning

Hello Experts,

Please let me know the procedure to allocate a labour hours. I had create a work order, but after confirmation of the order it show the errors stated cost errors. I tried through KP26 and filled the details below:

Version                      0                         Plan/actual version

From period               1                         January

To period                 12                        December

Fiscal year               2016

Cost Center          4110                      Technical Facilities

Activity Type        1410                      Repair Hours

Is it correct, if not than what is the correct way.

Please let me know the next steps, so i can capture the plan and actual cost for labour hours.

Hi Basant,

What kind of error it gives ?

Kindly make sure this cost center is same as work center cost center, else you will have the costing issue.

If i understood correctly, this is from IDES server, do you use Work Center MECHANIK or some thing else.

Dear,

as per my understanding, you maintained the internal labour cost in KP26 but still getting an error,Did you assign the secondary cost elements  in KAH2 ? as per your allocation structure?

I changed the cost center, now its working.

Hi,

It seems correct for the cost planning part, but depends also on the costing variant used in the work order.

Also check the link between work center and cost center to make sure you are maintaining plan prices for correct cost center.

You probably need to list here what error messages are saying to pin point exact causes.
