Org Structure migration

I am in the process of moving from one tenant to another and keep getting errors when I try to migrate the data. I have put the org structure data into a migration template and I am trying to upload this to the other tenant, however I keep getting the error value conversion missing or incomplete'. Does anyone know how to resolve the error.

Hi Hannah,

In the 2nd step of migration you need to check for all the value conversion before proceeding further.

You can select the link for Edit Value Conversion for any object and add the missing or incorrect values in the column Target. Please check the screenshot below

Once the correct values in entered the Status will turn "Green". You can then select Confirm All and proceed to next steps of migration.

Hello Hannah, I suggest to perform migration step by step. While doing so you will come across a step where you would maintain code conversion for migration. Maintain those codes and proceed with the next steps to complete the migration Regards, Chandan
