/sap/bc/srt/esf_secure service missing in PI 7.4

Hi Experts,

I installed the SAP NetWeaver PI 7.4 SPS 13.

I´m running (Configuration Wizard) Process Integration System After the Installation.

In step 73 of 330 appeared the following error:

Error: Execution of Function HTTP_ACTIVATE_NODE ends with an error (message ID: 000, message number: NODE_NOT_EXISTING :, message text: {3}).

The HTTP Node / sap / bc / srt / esf_secure not existing.

What do I need to do?

Hi Experts,

According to SAP, o ICF node /sap/bc/srt/esf_secure does not exist anymore (since 7.31). Therefore can ignore the error message and skip this step in CTC wizard.

Hello Ricardo,

The below error points to the Webservice Runtime.

While I dint have the answer to why this error and why the service is missing, typically you should be able to skip this error and continue the wizard.

The Webservice Runtime not being available during the initial setup should be perfectly Ok in terms of a PI/ PO setup. Another alternate would be to raise an OSS to SAP.

I opened an OSS to SAP.
