strange issue for SUM1.0SP16

SAP gurus:

I have used SUM to apply patches many times but this is the first time to use

SP16 for SUM1.0. It's quite different from SP14. Therefore I have some

problems as attached.  Would you please have a look.

Since this is not an ehp update, only to add SRM_PLUS to NW7.4 and, update NW7.4 to

from SP09 to .SP11, may I use SPAM if SUM is not working?

Hi Mike.

From the snapshot you have to full fill the SAP host agent version on existing system. Kindly refer the SAP Note  on topic "Install or Update SAP Host Agent to the minimum supported version" and then start the SUM using SIDADM user id not on Root.

Hi Mike,

Services and port seems to be all correct. Is there any firewall active and blocking port 1128 between client machine from where you are trying to access SUM URL and actual server?

Please try to check that also. Found below post with similar error.
