Hello,
For few employees mails from SAP ECC system are forwarded to Junk E-Mail in Outlook but it should go to Inbox.
Could you please let me know if any settings needs to be done in ECC system

Hi Prasad,
This doesn't seems to be issue with your SAP System. This needs to be checked at User's Outlook settings. If the mails coming from SAP User is set to goto Junk folder instead of Inbox.

Hi Prasad,
Below SAP Notes provide background and setup steps for configuring emails in your SAP System but nowhere in SAP we can setup mail delivery to specific folder. This depends on Outlook configuration only.
